Importing Data to Ditat TMS
The Ditat TMS allows you to import data directly into many screens using the built-in import feature. All import files must be saved in CSV format.
Import Templates
Import templates are available to help you structure your data correctly before importing. Each template uses color-coded columns to indicate how each field should be treated:
Color | Meaning |
|---|---|
🔴 Red | Required. The import will fail if these columns are missing or empty. |
🔵 Blue | Conditional. Required only under certain conditions. For example, if a truck's owner type is set to Company, the Carrier ID field should be left empty. If the owner type is Contracted, a valid Carrier ID is required. |
🟢 Green | Optional. These columns can be included but are not required for a successful import. |
