Set Up Assets Options


To access tab: Assets -> Set Up Asset Options

Click here for information on how to use a setup window.

The Asset Options window is where integrations with Blue Tree(Orbcomm), Skybitz, Keep Truckin, US Fleet, Samsara, and Zonar are set up.  All Integrations must be enabled by Ditat for details and pricing please email sales@ditat.com.

Username

Enter your username here.

Password

Enter your password here.

Last Driver sync on

Date of Last Driver Sync, hit Reset to Re-Sync.

Last Vehicle sync on

Date of Last Vehicle Sync, hit Reset to Re-Sync.

Last GPS sync on

Date of Last GPS Sync.

Last HOS sync on

Date of Last HOS Sync.

Last HOS summary on

Date of Last HOS Summary.

Vehicle readings last sync

Date of Last Vehicle Readings.

Data trim

Date of Last Data Trim.

Reefer Alerts

Field

Description

Enable reefer alerts

This must be Enabled by Ditat for details and pricing please email sales@ditat.com.

Interval

Select how frequently Alerts should be check and sent in.

Notify group

Select the group that will receive emails about any issues.

Threshold

Select the range that is acceptable around the specified temperature.

Check when loading/unloading

Click this box if you want the system to check for temperature during the loading and unloading process.

Check preassigned trailers

Click this box if you want the system to check for temperature for Pre-Assigned trailers.

SkyBitz

Field

Description

Enable integration

Notify group

Select the group that will be emailed If an error occurs.

Configure accounts

Click the box to open the Accounts section where you can configure the account.

Field

Description

Account Id

Enter the Name of how you would like to keep track of each account.

API URL

Enter the API URL and port.

User name

Enter your username here.

Password

Enter your password here.

Active

Click the box to set this as an Active account.

GPS refresh on

This is the date/time of the last GPS Refresh.

Data trim on

This is the date/time of the last Data Trim.

Motive (KeepTruckin)

Field

Description

Select the group that will be emailed If an error occurs.

Configure accounts

Click the box to open the Accounts section where you can configure the account.

Field

Description

Account Id

Enter the Name of how you would like to keep track of each account.

API Key

Enter the API Key for your account.

API Keys

API Keys can be generated on the Keep Truckin web page. Go to Admin/Developers/API Access here you can Create an API Key that you can enter in the Configure Accounts section.

US Fleet Tracking (Live View GPS)

Configure accounts

Click the box to open the Accounts section where you can configure the account.

Field

Description

Account Id

Enter the Name of how you would like to keep track of each account.

API Key

Enter the API Key for your account.

API Secret

Enter the API Secret for your account.

Active

Click the box to set this as an Active account.

Data trim on

This is the date/time of the last Data Trim.

Samsara

Field

Description

Configure accounts

Click the box to open the Accounts section where you can configure the account.

Samsara - Main

Field

Description

API Key

Enter the API Key for your account.

Notify Group

Select the group that will be emailed If an error occurs.

HOS

Check this box if you wish to track HOS.

Assets

Click this box to track your Assets using Samsara.

Last driver sync

Click reset to start the driver sync.

Fleet last sync

Click reset to start the Fleet sync.

Asset last sync

Click reset to start the Asset sync.

Samsara - Drivers

Field

Description

Name

This is the name of the Driver that we receive from Samsara.

HOS Sync on

This is the last time there was an update from Samsara about this driver.

License number

This is the Drivers License number that we received from Samsara for this driver. If this license number matches a driver in Ditat then HOS will be linked to the driver.

State

This is the state of the Drivers' license that we received from Samsara for this driver.

Phone

This is the phone number that we received for this driver from Samsara for this driver. If the Phone number from Samsara matches the Phone number of a Driver in Ditat then the HOS will be linked to the driver.

Driver

Here you can select which Driver in Ditat to match to the Drivers information we receive from Samara.

Samsara HOS integration

Ditat will sync HOS data by using 3 different options:

  1. Phone number. If the Phone number from Samsara is a match to the Phone number of a driver in Ditat then the HOS will be shown for that driver.

  2. Drivers License matching. If the License number and State are a Match from Samsara to a Driver in Ditat then HOS will be shown for that driver.

  3. Driver You can use the Driver lookup to match a driver's information that is pulled from Samsara to a Driver in Ditat.

Spireon

Field

Description

Enable integration

Configure accounts

Click this button to open the Spireon configuration settings.

Spireon - Main

Field

Description

Active

Check this box if this is an active Spireon account.

API Token

Enter the API Token from Spireon here.

User name

Enter the username to login to the Spireon API here.

Password

Enter the password to login to the Spireon API here.

Notify group

Select the group that will be emailed If an error occurs.

Data trim

Here you will see the last time the system connected and did a data trim.

Spireon - Assets

This screen will show you a list of Assets that are in the Spireon system with details such as make, model, year, odometer, and if the asset is active.

GPS Insight

Configure accounts

Click this button to open the GPS Insight configuration settings.

GPS Insight - Main

Field

Description

HOS data sync

Click reset to start the HOS sync.

Last asset sync

Click reset to start the asset sync.

Last driver sync

Click reset to start the Driver sync.

Notify Group

Select the group that will be emailed If an error occurs.

Password

Enter the Password used for Tracking and HOS data.

Username

Enter the Username used for Tracking and HOS data

GPS Insight - Drivers

Field

Description

First Name

This is the first name of the Driver that we receive from GPS insight.

Last name

This is the last name of the Driver that we receive from GPS Insight.

Reference

This is the Driver Id that we receive from GPS Insight.

Driver

This will be the Ditat in Driver to use for HOS. This driver will be selected using criteria if not can be selected here.

GPS Insight - Assets

Field

Description

Vehicle id

This is the Vehicle Id pulled from GPS Insight this is the number that needs to be added on the Mobile device in Ditat to Track this Asset.

Vin

This will show the Vin number that is in GPS Insight for this device

Label

This is the Asset Id from GPS Insight for this Asset.

Serial number

This will show the Serial number that GPS Insight has for this device.

GeoTab

Field

Description

Configure accounts

Click this button to open the GeoTab configuration settings.

GeoTab - Main

Field

Description

Base URL:

This Base URL will be provided upon setup and can be stored here.

User name

Enter your username here.

Password

Enter your username here.

Last driver sync

Click reset to start the driver sync.

Last vehicle sync

Click reset to start the vehicle sync.

HOS weekly data sync

Click reset to start the HOS sync.

Data trim sync

Click reset to start the Data trim sync.

GeoTab - Drivers

Field

Description

Driver Id

This will be the Driver id that is pulled from GeoTab during the sync

First name

This is the first name of the Driver that we receive from GeoTab.

Last name

This is the last name of the Driver that we receive from GeoTab.

Name

 This is the Full name that we receive from GeoTab.

License number

This is the Drivers License number that we received from GeoTab for this driver. If this license number matches a driver in Ditat then HOS will be linked to the driver.

License state

This is the state of the Drivers' license that we received from GeoTab for this driver.

Driver

This will be the Ditat in Driver to use for HOS. This driver will be selected using criteria if not can be selected here.

Geo Tab - Assets

Field

Description

Vehicle Id

This is the Vehicle Id pulled from GeoTab this is the number that needs to be added on the Mobile device in Ditat to Track this Asset.

Vin

This will show the Vin number that is in GeoTab for this device.

Label

This will show the device label.

Serial number

This will show the Serial number that GeoTab has for this device.

Zonar

Field

Description

Enable integration

Account code

Enter your Zonar Account Code here.

User name

Enter your username here.

Password

Enter your Password here.

Notify group

Select the group that will be emailed If an error occurs.
