View Trailer Inspections

Navigation: Assets → View Trailer Inspections

The Trailer Inspections screen provides a convenient way to search through trailer inspections and view their details. The primary purpose of this screen is to confirm that inspections submitted from the mobile app are matched to the correct trailer. You can also review previously confirmed inspections by searching for a specific trailer.

Trailer Look Up

Field	Description
Refresh	Updates the screen and executes the current search.
Dates	Enter a date range to search for inspections within that period.
Inspection Specification	Select how to filter inspections: All displays both confirmed and unconfirmed inspections. Without Trailer lists inspections that still require a trailer to be confirmed. Specific Trailer displays inspections that have already been confirmed to a trailer.

Viewing Inspections

Click the Refresh button and the relevant inspections will display below.

Click Refresh to load inspections matching your selected filters. Click any inspection in the list to view its details in the panel on the lower right of the screen.

Specific Trailer inspections

If a Specific Trailer is selected, choose a trailer and click Refresh to load all inspections linked to that trailer. Selecting an inspection will display the current inspection in the lower right panel, with the previous inspection shown to its left.

Field	Description
Previous	Navigates to the prior inspection for this trailer. The previous inspection moves into the current inspection panel, and the next earlier inspection is loaded into the previous inspection panel.
Inspected on	Displays the date and time the inspection was completed. Photos taken by the inspector are displayed to the right of this field.
Attached to	Displays the system trailer this inspection is linked to, confirming the inspection is matched to the correct trailer.
