From/To date

Here enter a date range and accidents in the date range will display on the report.

Driver

Here if a driver is selected, only accidents for that driver will be displayed.

Customer

Here if a customer is selected, only accidents for that customer will be displayed.

Groups

Here if a group is selected, only accidents for that group will be displayed.

Driver type

Here select a driver type and only those types of drivers will display.

Accident type

Here select an accident type and only those types of accidents will display.

Accident status

Here select an accident status and only those accident statuses will display.

Company

Here select a company and only accidents for that company will display.

Preventable

Here choose if preventable, non-preventable, or all accidents should be displayed.

Accident register

Here select an accident register type and only that data will display.

Hazmat spill

Here select if yes spill, no-spill, or all types should be displayed.

Has police report

Here select if accidents with a police report, without, or all should display.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the accidents ordered on the report.

Accident

This field will display the accident Id.

Status

This field will display the status of the accident.

Preventable

This field will display if the accident was preventable.

Date

This field will display the date of the accident.

Truck

This field will display the truck associated with the accident.

Trailer

This field will display the trailer associated with the accident.

Accident type

This field will display the accident type.

Customer

This field will display the customer the load was being run for when the accident happened.

Driver

This field will display the driver involved in the accident.

Accident amount

This number will come from the Payments received on Claims linked to the accident.

Insurance paid amount

This number will come from the Insurance claim amount from claims linked to the accident.
