Appointment Change Audit

This report is designed to display changed appointments and the user that made the change.

Field	Description
From/to pickup date	Select a pickup date range to see results for.
From/to delivery date	Select a delivery date range to see results for.
From/to change date	Select a date range for when the appt change was made to see results for.
Shipment Id	Select a specific shipment to see appt changes during the given timeframe.
Trip Id	Select a specific trip to see appt changes during the given timeframe.
User	Select a specific user to see the appt changes they’ve made during the given timeframe.
Customer	Select a specific customer to see appt changes made during the given timeframe.
Location	Select a specific location to see appt changes made during the given timeframe.
Order by	Select how you would like the results to be ordered.
Group by	Select how you would like the results to be grouped.

Load Id	The load Id number will be displayed here.
Customer	The customer from the shipment will be displayed here.
Location	The location where the appointment change was made will be displayed here.
Original arrive on	The original arrive on time will be displayed here.
Original late after	The original late after time will be displayed here.
Original arrived	Th original arrived check call time will be displayed here.
Original departed	the original departed check call time will be displayed here.
Type appointment	The appointment type will be displayed here.
Arrive on	The new arrive on time will be displayed here.
Late after	The new late after time will be displayed here.
Arrived	The new arrived check call time will be displayed here.
Departed	The new departed check call time will be displayed here.
Type appointment	The new appointment type will be displayed here.
User	The user who made the change will be displayed here.
Appointment change time	The time that the change to the shipment/trip was made will be displayed here.
