Asset Locations

This report can be run for trucks or trailers and displays details about where each asset is located based on GPS data or dispatch data.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
Asset	Select whether to run the report for Trucks or Trailers.
Trip status (trailer)	Select a status to filter results to only trailers in that trip status.
Trip status (truck)	Select a status to filter results to only trucks in that trip status.
Trailer	Select a specific trailer to filter results to that trailer only.
Truck	Select a specific truck to filter results to that truck only.
Carrier	Select a specific carrier to filter results to that carrier only.
Groups	Select a custom group to filter results to assets within that group.
Asset status	Select a status to filter results by the asset's active status.
Asset current status	Select a status to filter results by the asset's current trip status.
Current location	Select a location to see assets at that location or within the specified mileage range.
Year	Enter a year to filter results to trailers with that make year.
Locate by	Select how assets should be located.
Miles from location	Enter a mileage range to include assets within that distance from the selected location.
Order by	Select how the report should be ordered.
Group by	Select how the report should be grouped.

Field	Description
Truck or Trailer	The asset's ID.
Year	The asset's year.
Truck/Trailer status	The asset's status.
Driver primary/secondary	The asset's primary and secondary driver.
Carrier	The carrier ID associated with the trip, if applicable.
Trip	The trip number for the asset move.
Delivery location	The trip's delivery location.
Delivery city/state	The delivery location's city and state.
Delivery date	The trip's delivery date.
Truck/Trailer current status	The asset's current status.
Location	The asset's current location.
Distance	The asset's distance from the selected location.
Departure date/time	The asset's departure time from the location.

Reference number 4	Reference field 4 from the shipment.
Reefer temp	The required reefer temperature for the load, pulled from the shipment's reefer temperature field.
Reefer mode	The required reefer mode for the load, pulled from the shipment's reefer mode field.
Current temp	The current temperature pulled from the GPS provider's reefer integration. This field will be blank if the report is run for trucks or if no reefer temperature integration is enabled.
