Asset Locations

This report can be run for trucks or trailers. It will show details of where the asset is by GPS data or dispatch data.

Field	Description
Asset	Here select if the report should be run by truck or trailer.
Trip status (trailer)	Select a status if only trailers in that status should show.
Trip status (truck)	Select a status if only trucks in that status should show.
Trailer	Here select a trailer and only that trailer's data will show.
Truck	Here select a truck and only that truck's data will show.
Carrier	Here select a carrier and only that carrier's data will show.
Groups	Here select a custom group and only data for that group will show.
Asset status	Here select a status and only assets with that status will be displayed. (This field refers to their active status)
Asset current status	Here select a status and only assets with that status will be displayed. (This field refers to their status on the trip)
Current location	Choose a location here to see data on assets at that location or within the mileage range.
Year	Enter a year to see trailers with that make year.
Locate by	Here select how the trailers should be located.
Miles from location	Here select a mile range for how far from the location trailers should show.
Sort by	Select from the drop-down how you would like the information ordered on the report.
Group by	Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the information grouped.

Field	Description
Truck or Trailer	This field will display the asset's ID.
Year	This field will display the asset's year.
Truck/Trailer status	This field will display the asset's status.
Driver primary/secondary	This field will display the asset's primary and secondary driver.
Carrier	This field will display the carrier id if a carrier is associated with the trip.
Trip	This field will display the trip number for the asset move.
Delivery location	This field will display the trip's delivery location.
Delivery city/state	This field will display the delivery location's city and state.
Delivery date	This field will display the trip's delivery date.
Truck/Trailer current status	This field will display the asset's current status.
Location	This field will display the asset's current location.
Distance	This field will display the asset's distance from the location.
Departure date/time	This field will display the asset's departure time from the location.

Reference number 4	This will show Reference number 4 from the shipment.
Reefer temp	This will show the temperature the load should stay at, this comes from the Shipments reefer temperature.
Reefer mode	This will show the reefer mode that should be used for this load, this comes from the Shipments reefer mode.
Current temp	This should display the current temperature that is being pulled back from the GPS provider with the current temperature of the trailer. Will be blank if run for trucks. If no Reefer temperature integration is enabled this will be blank.
