Asset Without GPS Ping
This report will show a list of assets without a GPS ping for a specified amount of time.
Field | Description |
Asset | Select which asset (trailer or truck) to run the report for. |
Hours since last ping | Type in the amount of hours since last ping you would like to see results for. |
Order by | Select how you would like the results to be ordered. |
Asset status | Select which asset status you would like to see results for or leave as “All.” |
Group by | Select a group by option if you would like the results to be displayed according to status, location Id, or city/state. |
View | Select the Default view or the Device info view. |

Field | Description |
TrailerId | This field will display the Trailer Id. |
Year | This field will display the Year of the trailer. |
Make | This field will display the Make of the trailer. |
Model | This field will display the Model of the trailer. |
Vin | This field will display the VIN of the trailer. |
Purchase date | This field will display the purchase date if one is listed in the trailer profile. |
Device Id | This field will display the device Id. |
*Device serial number | This field will display the tracking device serial number. (On “Device info” view) |
Device Type | This field will display the device type. |
Last Ping | This field will display when the last ping occurred. |
Days w/o ping | This field will display how many days since the last GPS ping. |
Trip Id | This field will display the trip Id if the asset is currently assigned to a trip. |
Status | This field will display the asset’s status as it relates to a trip, if assigned. |
Location Id | This field will display the location Id the asset should be heading to or leaving from, if assigned to a trip. |
City/State | This field will display the City/State of the location Id, if a location Id is listed. |
