DOT Driver List
The DOT Driver List report provides driver details needed for a DOT audit. It returns a list of all drivers who were on a load during the specified date range, regardless of their current driving status.

Field | Description |
From date/To date | Select the date range of data to view. The report will include drivers who were assigned to a load during this date range. |
Driver | Filter the report by a specific driver. |
Driver groups | Filter the report by a driver custom group. |
Company | Filter the report by a specific company. |
Order by | Select how the results should be ordered. |
DOT Driver
Field | Description |

Driver first name | The driver's first name. |
Driver last name | The driver's last name. |
Date of Birth | The driver's date of birth. |
License # | The driver's license number. |
License expiration | The driver's license expiration date. |
Physical expiration | The driver's physical expiration date. |
License state | The state that issued the driver's license. |
CDL | Should show Y for all drivers. |
Phone number | The driver's phone number. |
Date of hire | The driver's hire date. |
Date of termination | The date the driver was terminated, if applicable. |
