Driver List (insurance)
This report will give you a list of drivers that were hired during a specified date range. The report will show the driver's name and id as well as their birth date, license number, state of license, license expiration, date hired, and how long they have been employed.
Field | Description |
From/To hire date | Here select a hired-on date range. |
Type | Here select the type of drivers that should be displayed on the report. |
Status | Hele select a driver status and only drivers in that status will show on the report. |
Driver | Here select a driver and only data for that driver will show on the report. |
Carriers | Here select a carrier and only data for that carrier will show on the report. |
Groups | Here select a custom group and only data for that group will show on the report. |
Company | Here select a company and only data for that company will show on the report. |
Include main driver | Check this box if the main driver should be included if the driver is a team. |
Include second seat | Check this box if the secondary driver should be included if the driver is a team. |
Include trainer | Check this box if the trainer should be included. |
Include trainee | Check this box if the trainee should be included. |
Include solo | Check this box if solo drivers should be included. |
Order by | Select from the drop-down how you would like the data ordered on the report. |
Group by | Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped. |
Experience Calculation
Experience of 15 days or more will be rounded up to a month, less than 15 days will be rounded to 0.

Date hired | This field will display the driver's hired on date. |
Time employed | This field will display the driver's time employed. |
Previous experience | This field will display the driver's previous experience length. |
