Driver List (insurance)

This report provides a list of drivers hired during a specified date range, including their name, ID, birth date, license number, license state, license expiration, hire date, and length of employment.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
From/To hire date	Enter a hire date range to filter results.
Type	Select the type of drivers to include in the report.
Status	Select a driver status to include only drivers in that status.
Driver	Select a specific driver to filter results to that driver only.
Carriers	Select a carrier to filter results to drivers associated with that carrier.
Groups	Select a custom group to limit results to drivers within that group.
Company	Select a company to limit results to drivers associated with that company.
Include main driver	Check this box to include the main driver when the driver is part of a team.
Include second seat	Check this box to include the secondary driver when the driver is part of a team.
Include trainer	Check this box to include trainers.
Include trainee	Check this box to include trainees.
Include solo	Check this box to include solo drivers.
Order by	Select how the data should be ordered on the report.
Group by	Select if and how the data should be grouped on the report.

Experience Calculation

Total experience is calculated as the driver's initial hire date plus any previous experience entered on the driver profile. Experience of 15 days or more is rounded up to a full month; experience of less than 15 days is rounded down to zero.

Report Columns

Field	Description
Driver Id	The driver's ID.
Name	The driver's name.
Birthdate	The driver's date of birth.
SSN	The driver's social security number.
Fuel Card	The driver's fuel card number.
License number	The driver's license number(s).
State of license	The state that issued the driver's license.
License Expiration	The driver's license expiration date.
Date hired	The driver's hire date.
Time employed	The length of time the driver has been employed.
Previous experience	The driver's previous experience length as entered on the driver profile.
Total Experience	The driver's total experience, calculated as initial hire date plus previous experience.
