Driver Master List
This report will give you a list of drivers that were hired during a specified date range. The report will give the below-shown information.
Field | Description |
From/To hire date | Here enter a hire date range to run the report. |
License state | Here select a state and only drivers with that license state will display on the report. |
Residence state | Here select a state and only drivers with that address/contact state will display on the report. |
Driver | Here select a driver and only data for that driver will display on the report. |
Carrier | Here select a carrier and only data for that carrier will display on the report. |
Groups | Here select a custom group and only data for that group will display on the report. |
Driver status | Here select a driver status and only drivers in that status will show on the report. |
Hazmat | Here select a hazmat status and only drivers with the hazmat endorsement will display on the report. |
Tanker | Here select a tanker status and only drivers with the tanker endorsement will display on the report. |
Hazmat/tanker | Here select a hazmat tanker status and only drivers with the hazmat tanker endorsement will display on the report. |
Air brake | Here select an air brake status and only drivers with the air brake specification will display on the report. |
Double/triple | Here select a double/triple status and only drivers with the double/triple endorsement will display on the report. |
Company | Here select a company and only drivers for that company will display on the report. |
Driver type | Here select a driver type and only that type of driver will be displayed. (Company or Owner operators) |
Include main driver | Check this box if the report should display main drivers. |
Include second seat | Check this box if the report should display second seat drivers. |
Include trainer | Check this box if the report should display trainers. |
Include trainee | Check this box if the report should display trainees. |
Include solo | Check this box if the report should display solo drivers. |
Order by | Select from the drop-down how you would like the report ordered. |
Group by | Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped. |
