Here a specific trailer can be selected.

Days since last delivery

Here specify if trailers should show depending on the time since their last delivery. (5 days or more since last delivery)

Zone

Here specify if this report should show trailers dropped in a specific zone.

Location

Here specify if this report should show trailers dropped at a specific location.

Number of inbound trucks to show

Here enter the number of inbound trucks that should show.

Group by

Here select how the report should be grouped.

Order by

Here select how the report should be ordered.

View

Select either the Default view, Summary view, or Details View.

Field

Description

Trailer

This field will provide the trailer number that is dropped.

Last load

This field will show the last load this trailer was assigned to.

Last stop on

This field will show the check call time for the trailer's last stop.

Days dropped

This field will show how many days the trailer has been dropped.

Address

This field will show the location's address the trailer is dropped at.

Trailer pool req/ actual

This field will show the trailer pool requirement and the number of trailers currently at the location.

Last ping

This field will show the time the last ping received for the trailer was.

Last GPS Location

This field will show the location the last ping was received at.

Last note from Ditat

This field will show the last note added to the trailer.

Inbound trucks

This field will display a list of trucks inbound to the location. This count can be limited with the filters before running the report.

Arrive On

This field will show when the inbound truck will be arriving.

This shows the date that the report was ran.

This field will show the location name where the trailer appears to have been dropped.

City

This field will show the city that the trailer appears to have been dropped.

State

This field will show the state that the trailer appears to have been dropped.

Zip code

This field will show the zip code that the trailer appears to have been dropped.

Trailer pool req/actual

This field will show the trailer pool requirements vs the actual amount on site.

Last ping

This field will show the time the last ping received for the trailer was.

Days since last ping

This field will show the number of days since the last GPS ping on the trailer.

Last GPS location

This field will show the location the last ping was received at.

City

This field will show the city where the last GPS ping occurred.

State

This field will show the state where the last GPS ping occurred.

Zip code

This field will show the zip code where the last GPS ping occurred.

Last note from Ditat

This field will show the last note from the Notes section of the trailer profile.

Inbound trucks

This field will show the truck number for trucks that are currently assigned on a trip that delivers at the location of the dormant dropped trailer.

Driver/carrier

This field will show the Driver/Carrier assigned on the trip inbound to the location of the dormant dropped trailer.

Arrive on

This field will show when the first inbound truck is scheduled to arrive at the location of the dormant dropped trailer.
