Fuel Card Change Status
This report displays changes made to fuel card statuses during the selected date range.
Note: This report is only applicable when using the second-tier fuel card integration.
Fuel Card Change Status Parameters
Report Parameters
Field | Description |
From/To date | Select a date range to filter fuel card status changes. |
Driver | If a driver is selected, only data for that driver's fuel card will display |
Fuel card | If a fuel card number is entered, only data associated with that card will display. |
Order by | Select how you would like the report ordered. |
Group by | Select if and how you would like the report grouped. |
Fuel Card Change Status Report
Field | Description |
Driver | The driver ID associated with the change. |
Driver status | The driver's status at the time of the change. |
Terminated on | The driver's termination date, if applicable. |
Card Id | The fuel card ID. |
Override open until | The date and time the card was set to remain open via an override. |
Change | The change was made to the fuel card status. |
Date/Time | The date and time the change was made. |
Note | Any notes added at the time of the change. |
