IFTA Quarterly
This report will show quarterly fuel purchases per state with gallons of fuel purchased and tax paid, owed, and a balance.
IFTA Data
IFTA Data is only stored for the last 4 Quarters. Reports should be saved to use yearly calculations, as you will not be able to run reports in Ditat for more than 4 quarters in the past.
ELD Miles
Miles are pulled from Samsara once a month, starting on the 4th day of a month, if the miles are not available the system will continue to try and pull the miles until they are collected. Miles are collected per truck, per state, per month.
Field | Description |
Quarter | Here choose which quarter this report should be run for. |
Country | Select which country to see results for. |
Fuel type | Here select which fuel type the report should be run by. |
Truck | Here if a truck is selected, only data for that truck will be shown. |
Truck company | Here if a Truck company is selected, only trucks running for that company will be displayed. |
Group by truck | Check this box if the report should be grouped by truck. Totals when grouped by truck may differ due to calculations that are based on MPG. MPG per truck can differ from company total which changes the end result. |
Truck groups | Here if a truck group is selected, only trucks in that group will display. |
Include TONU trips | Check this box if the report should include TONU trips. |
Only posted trips | Check this box if the report should only display posted trips. |
Miles | Select whether you would like to see results according to Dispatch miles or ELD miles (Samsara) |
View | Select a view for how you’d like results to be displayed. |
Field | Description |
State | This field will display the state abbreviation. |
Miles | This field will display the miles for each state. |
MPG | This field will display the miles per gallon. MPG = Total Miles / Total Gallons consumed |
Gallons purchased | This field will display the gallons purchased in each state. Gallons purchased is provided from imported fuel transactions. |
Gallons consumed | This field will display the gallons consumed in each state. Gallons consumed = State Miles / MPG |
Extra gallons purchased | This field will display the number of extra gallons purchased. Extra gallons purchased = Gallons Purchased - Gallons consumed |
Tax rate | This field will display the tax rate per state. Tax rate is an imported figure. |
Pump rate | This field will display the pump rate. Pump rate is an imported figure. |
Tax owed | This field will display the tax owed for each state. Tax owed = Gallons consumed X Tax rate |
Tax paid | This field will display the tax that has been paid for each state. Tax paid = Gallons purchased X Tax rate |
Balance | This field will display the remaining balance. Ballance = Tax owed - Tax paid |
