Linking Tolls in Ditat

Ditat uses the following logic to link PrePass toll advances to trucks and drivers:

  1. Ditat checks Reference Field 1 from the incoming advance. If this matches the Elite Pass or PrePass field on a truck record, that truck will be assigned to the advance.

  2. Ditat checks Reference Field 3 from the incoming advance. If this matches a truck, that truck will be assigned to the advance.

  3. To link a driver, the truck must be assigned to a driver profile. If the driver is part of a team, they must be set as the main driver.
