Location Usage
This report will show how many times each location gets used. It will give contact information for the locations, and how many times the location was used for pickup and delivery as well as total usage.
Field | Description |
From/To pick up date | Here select a pickup date range. |
From/To delivery date | Here select a delivery date range. |
Customer | If a customer is selected, you will only see data for that customer. |
Pickup location | Here select a pickup location and only data for pick-ups at that location will be shown. |
Delivery location | Here select a delivery location and only data for deliveries at that location will be shown. |
From city | Here select a from city and only data from that city will be shown. |
To city | Here select a to city and only data from that city will be shown. |
From state | Here select a from state and only data from that state will be shown. |
To state | Here select a to state and only data from that state will be shown. |
From country | Here select a from country and only data from that country will be shown. |
To country | Here select a to country and only data from that country will be shown. |
Group by | Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped. |
Order by | Select from the drop-down how you would like data ordered on the report. |
Field | Description |

Location ID | This field will display the location ID. |
Company name | This field will display the company name of the location. |
Street | This field will display the street from the location. |
City | This field will display the city from the location. |
State | This field will display the state from the location |
Zip code | This field will display the zip code from the location |
Contact | This field will display the contact name from the location |
Phone number | This field will display the contact phone number from the location |
Pickup usage | This field will display the pickup usage for the location. The first number is the current years' usage and the number in parenthesis is the previous years' usage count. |
Delivery usage | This field will display the delivery usage for the location. The first number is the current years' usage and the number in parenthesis is the previous years' usage count. |
Total usage | This field will display the total usage of the location. The first number is the current years' usage and the number in parenthesis is the previous years' usage count. |
Average time per stop | This field will display the average time spent at the stop. |
