Salary drivers pay

Field | Description |

From/To Date | Use this date to specify trips that should be included on this report. This date filter will utilize delivery date of the trip. Example) If a trip picks up on 11/30 and delivers 12/1; this trip will be included, but only the hours from 12/1 will be counted since 11/30 is outside of the date range. This date will also be used to calculate the number of days worked. |
Driver | Here you can select a single driver for the report or leave blank to run the report for all drivers. |
Minimum hours for a half day worked | Here set how many hours worked are required to count as a half day of work. |
Minimum hours for a full day worked | Here set how many hours worked are required to count as a full day of work. |
Miles for bonus | Use this field to set a miles for bonus. If a driver runs miles over this number, it will be used in the calculation for their bonus. |
Rate for bonus miles | Here set a rate for the bonus. This amount will be multiplied by the number of miles a drive ran over the miles for bonus setting. |
Extra pay | He set an extra pay amount that will apply to all drivers. |
Extra charges | He set an extra charge amount that will apply to all drivers. |
Bank fee | Here add a bank fee that will apply to all drivers. This will be subtracted from the drivers pay. |
Show trip list | Check this box to see trip day for trips used in this calculation. |
Order by | Here set how this report should be ordered. |

Field | Description |

Driver Id | This field will display the driver Id. |
Truck | This field will display the truck Id. |
Trip count | This field will display the number of trips the driver did in the date range. |
Total miles | This field will display the total miles. Miles over the miles for bonus threshold will used to calculate the bonus. |
Days worked | This field will display the number of days worked. Set the minimum hours needed for a half/full day to calculate this number. |
Extra day count | This field will be used to add extra days worked. This number comes from hashtags set on the driver profile’s notes. EX) #Extraday 2 12/01/23 If this tag is added to a driver profile’s notes, then 2 extra days will fill in the column for calculation. The system will first look for a date stamp; if there is no date stamp, then the date the note was added will be used. |
Fixed week rate | This field is used to calculate a driver’s pay. Add a hashtag to the driver profile’s note section to specify this amount. No date stamp is required for this. The most recent salary hashtag will be used. EX) #Salary 3000 |
Days off | Days off will calculate by taking the number of days in the date range specified minus the number of Days worked. EX) 12/01 to 12/07 is 7 days 7 - 2.5 = 4.5 days off |
Pay amount | Pay amount will be calculate by taking the Fixed week rate (#salary from driver profile) divided by the number of days in the date range multiplied by the number of days worked. EX) 3000 / 7 X 2.5 = $1071.43 |
Bank transfer | This field will populate from the Bank Transfer parameter. This amount will be subtracted from the driver pay amount. |
Bonus | This amount will calculated by taking the amount of miles over the ‘Miles for bonus’ parameter multiplied by the ‘Rate for bonus’ parameter. EX) 663.8 - 500 = 163.8 163.8 X 1 = $163.80 Bonus |
Other 1 | This field will be used to add other pay. This number comes from hashtags set on the driver profile’s notes. EX) #Other1 500 12/05/23 If this tag is added to a driver profile’s notes, then the amount will fill in the column for calculation. The system will first look for a date stamp; if there is no date stamp, then the date the note was added will be used. |
Other 2 | This field will be used to add a second other pay amount. This number comes from hashtags set on the driver profile’s notes. EX) #Other2 100 12/01/23 If this tag is added to a driver profile’s notes, then the amount will fill in the column for calculation. The system will first look for a date stamp; if there is no date stamp, then the date the note was added will be used. |
Extra pay | This field will populate from the amount set in the parameters and be added to the amount for driver pay. |
Extra charges | This field will populate from the amount set in the parameters and be subtracted from the amount for driver pay. |
Charges | This field will be used to subtract individual driver charges. This number comes from hashtags set on the driver profile’s notes. EX) #Charges 200 12/01/23 If this tag is added to a driver profile’s notes, then the amount will fill in the column for calculation. The system will first look for a date stamp; if there is no date stamp, then the date the note was added will be used. |
Driver pay | Driver pay is the calculation of how much a driver should make for the date range selected. EX) JamesMille 3000 / 7 X 6 = 2571.43 2571.43 - 10 + 163.80 + 500 +100 + 50 - 100 - 200 = 3075.23 Driver Pay = $3075.23 |
Here is an example of how the notes should be set on the driver profile. It is important to remember for Salary (Fixed week rate) the most recent hash tag on the driver profile will be used. For Other, Extraday, & Charges; the date added to the note will be used for the date range. If there is no date added to the note, then the date stamp of the note will be used.
