Use this tool to create and maintain a directory of expense types that can be applied throughout the system.

Examples of common expense types: detention, trailer repairs, or other repairs.
Field | Description |
Expense type Id | Can be up to 25 characters and must be unique within the system. If you enter an ID that already exists, you will be prompted to change it before saving. |
Description | Enter a description for this expense type. |
Active | Check this box to make this expense type available for selection throughout the system. |
