Settlement History
This report will show settlements paid for the date range selected.
Field | Description |
From/To date | Enter a date range for settlement data to display on the report. |
Carrier | If a carrier is selected, only data for that carrier will be displayed. |
Vendor | If a vendor is selected, only data for that vendor will be displayed. |
Driver | If a driver is selected, only data for that driver will display. |
Driver groups | If a custom group is selected, only data for that group will display. |
Driver Type | Select either Company Driver, Leased Driver, Carrier, or all. |
Pay by CompanyKey | Select a specific pay by company to see data only for one pay by company. |
Settlement Status | Select either Posted, Not Posted, or All. |
Approval Status | Select settlements that are either Approved, Not Approved, or All. |
Order By | Select how the data should be ordered on this report. |
Group By | Select how data should be grouped on this report. |
View | Select which view to use for this report here. |

Field | Description |
Settlement | This field will display the settlement Id and batch number. |
Date | This field will display when the date the batch was created. |
Payee | This field will display the payee Id and if they are a driver or carrier. |
Pay plan | This field will display the pay plan used for the driver or carrier. |
Trips | This field will display the trip count on the settlement. |
Pay | This field will display the payee's pay on the settlement. |
Advances | This field will display the payee's advances on the settlement. |
Expenses/Reimbursements | This field will display the payee's expenses/reimbursements on the settlement. |
Deductions | This field will display the payee's deductions on the settlement. |
Total | This field will display the final pay on the settlement. |

Expenses/Reimbursements | This field will display the payee's expenses/reimbursements on the settlement. |
Deductions | This field will display the payee's deductions on the settlement. |
Total pay to driver | This field will display the final pay on the settlement. |
Revenue - Total pay to driver | This will show the total for Revenue minus the Total pay to the driver. |
Margin Percent | This will show the percent of revenue after total pay to the driver is subtracted. |

TPPM | This field will display the pay per mile on from the total pay. |
Margin | This field will display the margin. |
Margin Percent | This field will display the percent of revenue after total pay to the driver is subtracted. |
