Settlement History

This report displays settlements paid during the selected date range.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
From/To date	Enter a date range to filter settlement data.
Carrier	If a carrier is selected, only data for that carrier will display.
Vendor	If a vendor is selected, only data for that vendor will display.
Driver	If a driver is selected, only data for that driver will display.
Driver groups	If a custom group is selected, only data for that group will display.
Driver Type	Select Company Driver, Leased Driver, Carrier, or All.
Pay by CompanyKey	Select a specific pay-by company to filter results to that company only.
Settlement Status	Select Posted, Not Posted, or All.
Approval Status	Select Approved, Not Approved, or All.
Order By	Select how the data should be ordered on the report.
Group By	Select how the data should be grouped on the report.
View	Select which view to use. See view descriptions below.

View 1

Field	Description
Settlement	The settlement ID and batch number.
Date	The date the batch was created.
Payee	The payee ID and whether they are a driver or carrier.
Pay plan	The pay plan used for the driver or carrier.
Trips	The number of trips on the settlement.
Pay	The payee's gross pay on the settlement.
Advances	The payee's advances on the settlement.
Expenses/Reimbursements	The payee's expenses and reimbursements on the settlement.
Deductions	The payee's deductions on the settlement.
Total	The final pay amount on the settlement.

View 2

Field	Description
Settlement	The settlement ID and batch number.
Date	The date the batch was created.
Payee	The payee ID and whether they are a driver or carrier.
EM	Empty miles.
LM	Loaded miles.
TM	Total miles.
Shipments	The number of shipments linked to this settlement.
Revenue	The revenue from shipments linked to trips on the settlement.
Trips	The number of trips on the settlement.
Pay	The payee's gross pay on the settlement.
Advances	The payee's advances on the settlement.
Expenses/Reimbursements	The payee's expenses and reimbursements on the settlement.
Deductions	The payee's deductions on the settlement.
Total pay to driver	The final pay amount on the settlement.
Revenue - Total pay to driver	The total revenue minus the total pay to the driver.The percentage of revenue remaining after total driver pay is subtracted.
Margin Percent

View 3

Field	Description
Settlement	The settlement ID and batch number.
Date	The date the batch was created.

EM	Empty miles.

PPM	Pay per mile based on gross pay.
Pay	The payee's gross pay on the settlement.
Advances	The payee's advances on the settlement.
Expenses	The payee's expenses and reimbursements on the settlement.
Deductions	The payee's deductions on the settlement.
Total pay to driver	The final pay amount on the settlement.
TPPM	Pay per mile based on total pay.
Margin	The margin amount.
Margin Percent	The percentage of revenue remaining after total driver pay is subtracted.

View 4 is similar to View 3 but includes pay plans and total miles only, and excludes empty miles, loaded miles, and margin percent.
