This page lists all settlement document templates available in the TMS. The default template used system-wide is set in Rate & Pay Setup Options and can be overridden as needed.
Rate & Pay Settlement template
Settlement - Default
This template is the Ditat default option. This is what most accounts will start with unless adjusted in the settings.

Settlement - Default No Description
Same as the default, but excludes the description added to the individual settlement.
Settlement - Default No Description
Settlement - No Miles
Same as the default, but excludes the miles from the load and the individual settlement description.

Settlement - Ref 1
Variant of the default that includes the first shipment reference number and a total miles amount next to the total pay.

Settlement - Miles and Ref1
Includes the first shipment reference number and loaded miles next to each trip. Empty and loaded miles are totaled at the bottom next to the total pay.
Settlement - Miles and Ref1
Settlement - no Quantity
Excludes the pay quantity and miles from the load.
Settlement - No Quantity
Settlement - with Mileage
Includes empty and total miles for each trip. Does not include the company logo.

Settlement - with Stops
Includes all trip stops and empty, loaded, and total miles for each trip. Does not include the company logo.

Settlement - Truck Trailer
Includes the truck and trailer from the trip, empty and loaded miles, and the carrier invoice number for brokerage loads.

Includes the truck number and first shipment reference number for each trip. Does not include the company logo.

Settlement default neg
Uses a negative symbol for negative amounts rather than parentheses. Example: -$5,250.00 instead of ($5,250.00)

Settlement AGR Total
Displays the AGR rate that percentage-based drivers will be paid from.

Settlement Ref1 and Gross
Displays the first shipment reference number, Ditat trip number, stop pickup and delivery info, empty and loaded miles, and the truck number.

Settlement Ref all Stops
Displays the Ditat trip ID, first shipment reference number, truck number, trailer number, and all stops data.
