Settlement Templates

This page will list examples of each settlement document type available for use in the TMS.

Settlement - Default

This template is the Ditat default option. This is what most accounts will start with unless adjusted in the settings.

Settlement - Default No Description

This settlement option is the same as the default, except it will not include the description added to the individual settlement.

Settlement - No Miles

This settlement option is the same as the default, except it will not include the description added to the individual settlement the miles from the load.

Settlement - Ref 1

This settlement option is a variant of the Default option that will include the first reference number from the shipment and a total miles amount next to the total pay.

Settlement - Miles and Ref1

This settlement option will include the first shipment reference number and loaded miles next to each trip. The empty and loaded miles will be totaled at the bottom next to the total pay.

Settlement - no Quantity

This settlement option will not include the pay quantity or miles of the load.

Settlement - with Mileage

This settlement option will include empty and total miles for each trip.

This settlement template will not include the company logo.

Settlement - with Stops

This settlement option will include all trip stops and empty, loaded, & total miles for each trip.

This settlement template will not include the company logo.

Settlement - Truck Trailer

This settlement option will include the truck and trailer from the trip. It will also include the empty/loaded miles as well as the carrier invoice number from brokerage loads.

Settlement - Ref1 and Truck

This settlement template will include for each trip, the truck number and the first shipment reference number.

This settlement template will not include the company logo.

Settlement default neg

This settlement option will use a negative symbol for negative amounts rather than ().

EX: -$5,250.00 vs ($5,250.00)

Settlement AGR Total

This settlement template will display the AGR rate that percentage drivers will be paid from.

Settlement Ref1 and Gross

This settlement template will display the first shipment reference number, the Ditat trip number, stop pickup and delivery info, empty/loaded miles, and the truck number.

Settlement Ref all Stops

This settlement template will display the Ditat trip id, the first shipment reference number, the truck number, trailer number, and all stops data.
