Trailer History

This report displays the movement history for a selected trailer, including the trip, truck/driver/carrier, dispatcher, pickup and drop locations, miles for each move, whether an inspection was completed, and any location discrepancies where the pickup location does not match the previous drop location.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
From/To date	Enter a date range for trailer movement data to display.
Trailer	Select the trailer to run the report for. A trailer must be selected to run this report.

Report Columns

Field	Description
Moved on	The date and time the trailer was moved.
Trip	The trip the trailer was moved on.
Truck/Driver/Carrier	The truck, driver, and/or carrier associated with the trailer move.
Inspection	Indicates whether a trailer inspection was completed for this move.
Dispatcher	The user who dispatched the trip.
Picked on From	The date and time the trailer was picked up, along with the location ID, city, and state of the pickup.
Dropped on To	The date and time the trailer was dropped, along with the location ID, city, and state of the drop.
Miles issue	Indicates whether there is a mileage discrepancy where the previous drop location does not match the next pickup location. If an issue exists, the report will display how many miles apart the two assignments are.
