Trip Miles vs Pay Miles

This report displays discrepancies between Ditat's calculated trip miles and the miles used for pay. Pay miles are derived from the quantity entered when the empty miles and loaded miles payment types are used, as configured in Rate & Pay Setup Options.

Note: Pay empty and loaded miles quantities are derived from the payment types set for empty and loaded miles in the Rate & Pay Setup Options screen.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
From/To Pickup date	Enter a pickup date range to filter results.
From/To Delivery date	Enter a delivery date range to filter results.
Driver	Select a specific driver to filter results to that driver only.
Driver groups	Select a custom driver group to filter results.
Carrier	Select a specific carrier to filter results to that carrier only.
Trip status	Select a trip status to filter results.
Display	Select With Discrepancy or Without Discrepancy to filter results accordingly, or select All to include all loads.
Only show loads with pay miles	Check this box to include only loads that have pay miles entered.
Order by	Select how the report should be ordered.
Group by	Select how the report should be grouped.

Report Columns

Field	Description
Trip Id	The trip ID.
Driver Id	The driver ID assigned to the trip.
Carrier Id	The carrier ID assigned to the trip.
Truck Id	The truck ID assigned to the trip.
Calculated empty miles	The trip's system-calculated empty miles.
Calculated loaded miles	The trip's system-calculated loaded miles.
Pay empty miles	The quantity of empty miles entered on the pay line for this trip.
Pay loaded miles	The quantity of loaded miles entered on the pay line for this trip.
Empty pay	The total pay for empty miles.
Loaded pay	The total pay for loaded miles.
Total pay	The total pay for the trip.
Empty mile difference	The difference between calculated empty miles and pay empty miles.
Loaded mile difference	The difference between calculated loaded miles and pay loaded miles.
