Trip Miles vs Pay Miles
This report is designed to display discrepancies between Ditat trip calculated miles and the miles paid. Pay miles are derived from the quantity when specifically empty miles & loaded miles pay types are used.
Field | Description |

From/To Pickup date | This filter can be used to select a pickup date range. |
From/To Delivery date | This filter can be used to select a delivery date range. |
Driver | This filter can be used to run for a single driver. |
Driver groups | This filter is used to select from your custom grouped drivers. |
Carrier | This filter can be used to run for a single carrier. |
Trip status | This filter is used to select a trip status option. |
Display | This filter is used to select loads only with or without a miles discrepancy. Select All to see all loads. |
Only show loads with pay miles | Check this box to only see loads that have pay miles added. |
Order by | This filter is used to select how the report should be ordered. |
Group by | This filter is used to select how the report should be grouped. |
Pay Empty/Loaded Miles quantity is derived from use of the payment type set for empty and loaded miles in the Rate & Pay set up options screen.

Truck Id | This field will display the truck id. |
Calculated empty miles | This field will display the trip’s calculated empty miles. |
Calculated loaded miles | This field will display the trip’s calculated loaded miles. |
Pay empty miles | This field will display the quantity of pay miles on the trip for empty miles. |
Pay loaded miles | This field will display the quantity of pay miles on the trip for loaded miles. |
Empty pay | This field will display the empty pay total. |
Loaded pay | This field will display the loaded pay total. |
Total pay | This field will display the total pay. |
Empty mile difference | This field will display the difference between calculated and pay empty miles. |
Loaded mile difference | This field will display the difference between calculated and pay loaded miles. |
