Trips to Pay Details

This report displays a list of trips that need to be paid for truck-side drivers paid by mileage.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
From/To date	Enter a delivery date range to filter trips.
Driver	If a driver is selected, only data for that driver will display.
Truck	If a truck is selected, only data for that truck will display.
Trailer	If a trailer is selected, only data for that trailer will display.
Groups	If a custom group is selected, only data for that group will display.
Include not completed	Check this box to include incomplete trips in the report.
Driver type	Select which driver types should be included in the report.
Order by	Select how the data should be ordered on the report.
Group by	Select how the data should be grouped on the report.

Field	Description
Date	The trip delivery date.
TripId	The trip ID.
Pickup	The pickup city and state.
Delivery	The delivery city and state.
Truck	The truck assigned to the trip.
Trailer	The trailer assigned to the trip.
Driver	The driver assigned to the trip.
Empty miles	The empty miles on the trip.
Loaded miles	The loaded miles on the trip.
Empty miles pay	The pay for empty miles, with the rate displayed in parentheses.
Loaded miles pay	The pay for loaded miles, with the rate displayed in parentheses.
Other pay	The pay for any other payment types on the trip.
Total pay	The total pay for the trip.
