Truck Pass Listing
This report lists each truck along with any pass information assigned to it.
Truck Pass Listing Parameters
Report Parameters
Field | Description |
Truck | Select a specific truck to filter results to that truck only. |
Truck groups | Select a truck group to limit results to trucks within that group. |
Truck status | Select which truck status should be included in the report. |
Pass | For each pass type, select Has, Doesn't Have, or All to further filter results. |
Order by | Select how the data should be ordered on the report. |
View | Select Default View or View 2. See column details below. |

Field | Description |
Truck Id | The truck ID. |
Reference type | The type of pass assigned to the truck. |
Reference Number1 | The value entered in reference field 1 for the pass on the truck profile |
Reference Number2 | The value entered in reference field 2 for the pass on the truck profile |
Note | Any notes associated with the truck pass. |
Installed on date | The date and time the pass was installed. |
Uninstalled on date | The date and time the pass was uninstalled, if applicable. |

Model | The truck's model. |
Reference type | The type of pass assigned to the truck. |
Reference number1 | The value entered in reference field 1 for the pass on the truck profile. |
Reference number2 | The value entered in reference field 2 for the pass on the truck profile. |
Leasing company | The leasing company associated with the truck. |
Installed on date | The date and time the pass was installed. |
Uninstalled on date | The date and time the pass was uninstalled, if applicable. |
