Maintain Relay Driver Profile
To access tab: Rate & Pay -> Relay

From this screen you can Adopt a new Driver profile or open an existing profile.
When you Adopt a new Profile, you will get a screen like this.
Here you will select which Relay account and add the Relay Driver Id to import the record.
When a driver's profile is adopted, you will get a screen like this where you can complete the setup and manage the Drivers profile.
Field | Description |
Override open | Use this button to set the Profile to stay enabled for 24 hours. This would bypass the Ditat setting disabling the driver for 24 hours if not assigned to a load. |
Relay account | The account for this card will go here. |
Relay driver id | The relay driver id will be displayed here |
Driver | Select the Ditat driver that should be adopted to this driver profile. |
First/Last name | You can manage the First and Last name linked to the driver profile from Relay here. It will be imported on initial adoption. |
You can manage the email linked to the driver profile from Relay here. It will be imported on initial adoption. | |
Phone | You can manage the phone number linked to the driver profile from Relay here. It will be imported on initial adoption. |
Enable policy | Check to enable the policy. This will be the function that gets updated if the auto block/unblock option is checked below. This is how the profile will be disabled/enabled when drivers are not on a load. |
Policy | Select which or your policies should be used for this driver. |
Auto block/unblock | Check this box if Ditat should manage this Drivers profile. |
Relay Drivers profiles can be enabled and disabled using the same mange fuel card slate as other fuel cards. Click here for details on managing fuel card states.
