Mobile Dispatch Installation

Follow these steps to install the Ditat Mobile Dispatch app on a driver's device:

1. Prepare the device – Ensure the device is ready for installation (charged, connected to the internet, and signed in to the app store).

2. Install the app – Download and install Ditat Mobile Dispatch from the appropriate app store for the device:

   • Google Play Store (Android)

   • Apple App Store (iOS)

   Alternatively, open the Google Play or App Store app on the device and search for "Ditat" to find and install Ditat Mobile Dispatch.

3. Set up the driver – If the driver has not yet been set up in the Ditat TMS, complete their driver profile before proceeding. See Maintain Drivers for more information.

4. Log in – Open the app and log in with the driver's Ditat credentials.
