Grids

Many windows in the Ditat TMS will be in the Grid format. Grids show users' data in a form that the user can adjust by using filters or editing which columns to show in the grid.

Standard grid windows are made up of 4 sections

1. Many Grid windows will have an Export button on the Toolbar which will allow users to export data to a CSV file which can be opened with Excel or Notepad to get a quick report of the data that was in your grid results.

2. Many Gids will have search options here which will allow users to choose what is displayed in the Grid below.

3. Grid screens will also have a Search or Refresh button on the top of the page which when clicked will save the way you want to see the screen moving forward.

4. Most Grids will have the Column chooser button on the right side of the Grid. This column chooser can be clicked on to open the list of columns you can choose to display or hide.
