System Locks

System locks are used when a TMS users is already accessing a record, and another user opens the same record. This lock will prevent the new user from kicking the previous user unless they press the unlock button.

Not all users will have the capability to unlock a record. This is a security permission set up in the user group screen and can be used to allow or prevent users from unlocking records.
