Accident Register

This report will show a list of accidents for the date range selected. This will show the truck, trailer, driver, location, road condition, cost, injury, fatalities, hazmat spills, fuel spills, and other details.

Accident Register Parameters

Report Parameters

Field	Description
From/To date	Enter a date range to display accidents occurring within those dates.
Driver	Select a specific driver to filter results; leave blank to show all.
Customer	Select a specific customer to filter results; leave blank to show all.
Groups	Select a specific group to filter results; leave blank to show all.
Company	Select a specific company to filter results; leave blank to show all.
Hazmat spilled	Select whether to display "Yes," "No," or all types of spills.
Accident type	Select an accident type to filter the report.
Accident register	Select an accident register type to filter the data.
Has police report	Select whether to display accidents with, without, or both.
Show cost	Check this box to include the cost of the accident in the report.
Description of accident	Select which description format should be used for this report.
Order by	Select how you would like the results ordered from the drop-down.

Report Columns

Field	Description
Accident ID	The unique identification number for the accident.
Date/Time	The specific date and time the accident occurred.
Truck ID	The ID of the truck involved in the accident.
Trailer ID	The ID of the trailer involved in the accident.
Location	The geographic location where the accident took place.
Road condition	The status of the road at the time of the accident.
Cost	The total cost associated with the accident.
Injured	Indicates if any injuries were reported.
Fatalities	Indicates if any fatalities occurred.
Hazmat spill	Indicates if a hazardous material spill occurred.
Fuel spill	Indicates if a fuel spill occurred.
Tow	Indicates if a tow service was required.
Preventable	Indicates if the accident was determined to be preventable.
