Description

Carrier

Here select a carrier and only expirations for that carrier will be displayed.

Driver

Here select a driver and only expirations for that driver will be displayed.

Truck

Here select a truck and only expirations for that truck will be displayed.

Trailer

Here select a trailer and only expirations for that trailer will be displayed.

Groups

Here select a group and only expirations for that group will be displayed.

VIN

Here enter a VIN number and only assets with that VIN will be displayed.

Make year

Here enter a make year and only assets with that make year will display.

License plate

Here enter a license plate and only assets with that license number will display.

License plate state

Here select a license plate state and only assets with that license plate state will display.

CDL number

Here enter a CDL number and only assets with that CDL will display.

Driver status

Here select a driver status and only drivers in that status will display.

Company

Here select a company and only drivers running for that company will display.

Driver type

Here select a driver type and only drivers with that type will display.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the expirations ordered on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped.

Field

Carrier

This field will display the carrier ID if applicable.

Driver

This field will display the driver ID.

Driver name

This field will display the driver's name.

Date of birth

This field will display the driver's date of birth.

Physical expiration

This field will display the physical expiration date.

Last drug test

This field will display the date of the last drug test.

Last alcohol test

This field will display the last alcohol test.

CDL number

This field will display the CDL number.

CDL state

This field will display the CDL state.

CDL expiration

This field will display the CDL expiration date.

Truck

This field will display the truck ID.

Make year

This field will display the truck's make year.

VIN

This field will display the truck's VIN number.

License plate
