Field

Description

Carrier

Select a carrier and only expirations for that carrier will be displayed.

Driver

Select a driver and only expirations for that driver will be displayed.

Truck

Select a truck and only expirations for that truck will be displayed.

Trailer

Select a trailer and only expirations for that trailer will be displayed.

Groups

Select a group and only expirations for that group will be displayed.

VIN

Enter a VIN number and only assets with that VIN will be displayed.

Make year

Enter a make year and only assets with that make year will display.

License plate

Enter a license plate and only assets with that license number will display.

License plate state

Select a license plate state and only assets with that license plate state will display.

CDL number

Enter a CDL number and only assets with that CDL will display.

Driver status

Select a driver status and only drivers in that status will display.

Company

Select a company and only drivers running for that company will display.

Driver type

Select a driver type and only drivers with that type will display.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the expirations ordered on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped.

This field will display the carrier ID if applicable.

Driver

The unique driver ID.

Driver name

Driver's name.

Date of birth

The driver's date of birth.

Physical expiration

The physical expiration date.

Last drug test

Date of the last drug test.

Last alcohol test

The last alcohol test.

CDL number

The CDL number.

CDL state

The CDL state.

CDL expiration

The CDL expiration date.

Truck

The truck ID.

Make year

The truck's make year.

VIN

The truck's VIN number.

License plate

The truck's license plate number.

License plate state

The license plate's state.

Tags expiration Trailer

The tag's expiration date.

Trailer

The trailer number associated with the driver.
