Carrier Contact List

This report provides a contact list for carriers including company name, address, phone number, and email address. Additional contact information set on the carrier's profile will also be included.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
Status	Select a status to include only carriers in that status.
Type	Select All, Carrier, or Lessor.
State	Select a state to include only carriers located in that state.
City	Enter a city to include only carriers located in that city.
Order by	Select how the data should be ordered on the report.
Group by	Select if and how the data should be grouped on the report.

Report Columns

Field	Description
Carrier Id	The carrier's ID.
MC Number	The carrier's MC number.
Company	The company the carrier runs for.
Address	The carrier's address.
Phone number	The carrier's phone number(s).
Name	The carrier's contact name.
Email address	The carrier's email address.
