Description

Driver

Here select a driver and only data for that driver will appear on the report.

Carrier

Here select a carrier and only data for that carrier will appear on the report.

Groups

Here if a custom group is selected only information from that group will be displayed.

Delivery city

If a delivery city is entered, only data with that delivery city will be displayed.

Delivery state

If a delivery state is selected, only data with that delivery state will be displayed.

Delivery zone

If a delivery zone is selected, only data with that delivery zone will be displayed.

Include enroute assigned

Check this box if en route and assigned loads should be included in this report.

Driver status

Here select a driver status. Only drivers in that status will show in this report.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like data ordered on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped.

Field

Description

Driver (Carrier) Name

This field will display the driver's or carrier's name on the report.

Phone number

This field will display the phone number.

Truck

This field will display the truck number.

Trip

This field will display the trip number.

From

This field will display the city, state, and zip code of the pickup location.

To

This field will display the city, state, and zip code of the delivery location.

Pickup

This field will display the pickup check call time.

Delivery

This field will display the delivery check call time.

Elapsed time

This field will display the trips elapsed time.
