Terminated Drivers
This report will give you a list of drivers that were terminated during a specified date range. The report will give details about the drivers including endorsements, termination information, hired on date, and if they are re-hirable in the future.
Field | Description |
Termination From/To date | Here enter a termination date range for drivers that should display on the report. |
Driver | Here select a driver and only data for that driver will display on the report. |
Groups | Here if a custom group is specified, only drivers in that group will display on the report. |
Company | If a company is selected, only drivers running for that company will be displayed. |
Rehireable | Here select if yes, no, or all rehireable status terminated drivers should display on this report. |
Include main driver | Check this box if the report should display main drivers. |
Include second seat | Check this box if the report should display second seat drivers. |
Include trainer | Check this box if the report should display trainers. |
Include trainee | Check this box if the report should display trainees. |
Include solo | Check this box if the report should display solo drivers. |
Additional comments | Check this box if the report should display additional comments of the termination. |
Driver type | Here select which driver types this report should display. (Company, leased, or all) |
Order by | Select from the drop-down how you would like the report ordered. |

License class | This field will display the driver's license class. |

Address | This field will display the driver's address. |
City, state zip | This field will display the driver's city, state, and zip code. |
Birth date/ Age | This field will display the driver's birth date and age. |
Endorsements | This field will display the driver's endorsements by endorsement code. |

Terminated on | This field will display the date the driver was terminated. |
Termination reason | This field will display the driver's termination reason. |
Termination note | This field will display the driver's notes. |
Employment duration | This field will display how long the driver was employed. |

Hired on | This field will display the driver's hired on date. |
Previous experience | This field will display the driver's previous experience. |
Rehireable | This field will display if the driver is rehireable. |
Driving school | This field will display the driver's driving school. |
Rehired | This field will display if the driver is a rehire. |

Accidents | This field will display the driver's accident history. |
