To access: System → Archives
Ditat automatically performs archiving on a monthly basis. Documents that have been in the system longer than the specified retention period will be archived. Shipment documents are archived after 6 months.
Downloading Archive Files
All archived files are listed on the Archives tab. Select the files you wish to download from this list.
Download History
The Download History tab displays a log of all previously downloaded archive files, including which user performed each download.
Archive Notes
When documents are archived, a note is automatically added to the associated record indicating which archive file the documents can be found in.
Download Files
Downloaded files are organized into folders by document type.
Within each document type folder, records are organized individually with their associated documents stored in separate subfolders.
