The Ditat TMS uses groups to manage users and their access rights. Specifically, groups allow you to:

Control what features and areas of the system users can access.

Control which users receive messages from mobile devices by default.

Group users and drivers together for easy messaging.
User Groups
Note: A user group cannot have more than one main role assigned. Additionally, a user cannot be added to groups that would give them more than one main Role.
