Feature Specific User Group Permissions
Certain features in the Ditat TMS require dedicated user accounts to be created and assigned to specific user groups. This page outlines the required user group permissions for each of these features.
Auto Dispatch User Group
A dedicated AutoDispatch user must be created and added to the Auto Dispatch user group. The required permissions for this group are shown in the images below.
If your account uses ad-hoc teams, the Auto Dispatch user group must also be granted the "Assign Ad-Hoc Teams" permission. Without this permission, check calls will not be auto-accepted.

Auto Rate and Pay Group
A dedicated AutoRatePay user must be created and added to the Auto Rate and Pay user group. The required permissions for this group are shown in the images below.

Note: The only permission required from the Rate & Pay module is Set Up Options.

Fuel Price Updater
A dedicated Fuel Price Updater user must be created and added to the Fuel Price Updater user group. The required permissions for this group are shown in the images below.

QuickBooks Web Connector
A dedicated QuickBooks user must be created and added to the QuickBooks user group in order to run the web connector. The required permissions for this group are shown in the images below.

My Carrier Packets
A dedicated MCP Updater user must be created and added to the My Carrier Packets user group. The required permissions for this group are shown in the images below.

Driver Settlement Approval
The Driver Settlement Approval feature allows drivers to preview their settlement in the driver portal before it is posted. Drivers can then approve or reject the settlement. When approved, the approval is recorded and displayed on the settlement batch.

For setup instructions, refer to the Carrier/Driver Portal documentation.
