Enabling

For Hours of Service reporting in Ditat, please make sure the module enabled.

Driver Profile

HOS can be viewed from the driver profile.

Select the Hours of service tab.

Dispatch board

HOS can also be viewed from the dispatch board. If there is an HOS icon in the ETA field, then the ETA is calculated with the driver’s hours of service. If there is no HOS icon, then we do not have an hours of service reading and the calculation is approximate.

ETA: This icon will alert the dispatcher of the truck's ETA status. Red meaning that truck is expected to be late. Green indicates the truck is tracking on time. If the circle is yellow, it indicates that the truck may or may not be late.
