Account Id | Enter the Name of how you would like to keep track of each account. |
API URL | Enter the API URL and port. |
User name | Enter your username here. |
Password | Enter your password here. |
Active | Click the box to set this as an Active account. |
GPS refresh on | This is the date/time of the last GPS Refresh. |
Data trim on | This is the date/time of the last Data Trim. |
GPS Tracking
For GPS Tracking Ditat will use the SkyBitz Asset Id and match it to the Unit Id on the Maintain Device.
Example of a device set to track using SkyBitz. This device should be added to the Trailer, in the Tracking device field to start tracking using SkyBitz.
Error Code 9
If you receive an error code 9. Sync GPS data failed, Skybitz web service returned error code:9. This message indicates that the user that SkyBitz setup does not have the correct privileges. Email customercare.skybitz@ametek.com for support.
Error code 97
If you receive an error code 97. Sync GPS data failed, Skybitz web service returned error code: 97. This message indicates XML interface command queue is full, this happens when too many commands are sent and their watchdog blocks it, trying to prevent attacks.
