Account Settings

Field	Description
Account	Name of the account this name will be used in the naming of the files that will be sent. Click here for information on how to use the record id field.
Type	Choose which type of Aggregator you will be using.
Notify group	Select the group of users that would receive messages if an issue occurs while sending the files.
FTP Active	Check if this FTP is Active
URL	Enter the URL for the FTP site to use.
Port	Enter the Port to use for the FTP connection.
Username	Add the username that needs to be used for the FTP connection.
Password	Add the password that needs to be used for the FTP connection.
Outgoing folder	Enter the outgoing folder to add the files to.

FourKites

For FourKites the FTP they use is case sensitive so you will need to make sure the outgoing folder is "new", or exactly how the folder is named.

Tracker Aggregators Logic

For all Enroute shipments:

Finds the Enroute trip and use its latest GPS ping. This ping can come from the Drivers device if one is assigned to the driver, the Truck, or Trailer if they have tracking devices.
If there is no Enroute trip the system, it will find the LAST COMPLETED trip on this shipment and use LAST DELIVERY location GPS and the current time to send the GPS updates.

Field	Description
TA Shipper	Enter the TA Shipper name, this will come from the Aggregator.
Customer	Select the Customer in Ditat to work with this Aggregator.
Shipment reference	Select which Ditat reference number to use for this Aggregator.
