Asset Availability
This report will list trailers that will be at a location during a date range. This report will show trailers that are dropped at a location or on a trip that is set to pick up or deliver at a location during the date range selected.
Field | Description |
From/To date | Here enter a date range to run the report. |
Location | Select a location here to see assets available. (A location will need to be selected) |
Ordered by | Select from the drop-down how you would like the data ordered on the report. |
Group by | Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped. |
Field | Description |
Trailer | This field will display the trailer Id. |
Truck | This field will display the truck Id. |
Reefer temp | This field will display the reefer temperature. |
Reefer mode | This field will display the reefer mode. |
Trailer current status | This field will display the trailer's status. |
Trip | This field will display the trip number. |
Trip status | This field will display the trip status. |
Departure date/time | This field will display the departure time from the location. |
Driver names | This field will display the driver names that moved the trailer. |
Customer | This field will display the customer Id. |
Pickup | This field will display the pick-up location Id, city, state, and appointment time. |
Delivery | This field will display the delivery location Id, city, state, and appointment time. |
