Here select if this report should be run by trailer, truck, or driver.

From/To date

Here select a date range. (This date range looks at check calls submitted on trips)

Truck

Here select a truck the report should be run for.

Trailer

Here select a trailer this report should be run for.

Driver

Here select a trailer this report should be run for.

Groups

Here select a custom group and only data from that group will be displayed.

Driver status

Here select which driver status this report should be run by or select all.

Driver type

Here select which driver type this report should be run by or select all.

Revenue

Here select if the report should show total revenue or linehaul only.

Show assets not used

If checked, active assets that were unused during the specified time range will be shown.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the data ordered on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the report grouped.

Field

Description

Trailer/Truck/Driver

This field will display the asset ID.

Days active

This field will display the number of days the asset has been active.

Days inactive

This field will display the number of days the asset has been inactive.

Last date used

This field will show the last date that the asset was used.

Number of trips

This field will display the number of trips the asset was on for the date range.

Miles

This field will display the number of miles the asset traveled in the date range.

Revenue

This field will display the revenue for the asset from the date range.

Revenue per day

This field will display the revenue per day for the asset for the date range.

The number of days without a completed trips within the timeframe will be listed here.

Number of completed trips

The number of completed trips within the timeframe will be listed here.
