From/To date

Here enter a date range to run the report.

Driver

Here select a driver the report should be run for.

Trailer

Here select a trailer the report should be run for.

Truck

Here select a truck the report should be run for.

Groups

Here select a custom group and only data from that group will be displayed.

Inspection done

Select to see on info if "Yes" an inspection has been done, "NO" for trips without inspections, and "All" to see both.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the information grouped.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the information ordered on the report.

Description

Trip

This field will display the trip number associated with the inspection

Delivery date

This field will display the delivery date.

Trailer Id

This field will display the trailer Id.

Truck Id

This field will display the truck Id.

Driver Id

This field will display the driver Id.

Dispatched by

This field will display the user that dispatched the load.

Inspection done

This field will display if an inspection was done.

Completed on date

This field will display the trip completion date.

Reefer

This field will display if the trailer was a reefer.

Reefer fuel

This field will display the reefer fuel information.

Reefer oil

This field will display the reefer oil information.

Avg tire pressure

This field will display the average tire pressures from the inspection.

Avg tread depth

This field will display the average tread depth from the inspection.

Picture

This field will display if there were or were not pictures added.

Notes

This field will display if additional notes were added to the inspection.
