Trailer Discrepancy
This report displays trailers where the last GPS ping location differs from the dispatch data's last known location by more than the specified number of miles.
Trailer Discrepancy Parameters
Report Parameters
Field | Description |
Number of miles | Enter a mileage threshold. Only trailers outside of this range will display on the report. |
Trailer groups | Select a custom trailer group to limit results to trailers within that group. |
Status | Select which trailer status should be included in the report. |
Exclude enroute trips | Select this option to exclude trailers on enroute trips from the report. |
Order by | Select this option to exclude trailers on enroute trips from the report. |
Trailer Discrepancy Report
Field | Description |
Trailer | The trailer ID. |
Last dispatch location | The last location the trailer was dispatched to according to dispatch data. |
Date | The date of the last dispatch for the trailer. |
Last GPS location | The last location recorded by GPS for the trailer. |
Date | The date of the last GPS ping. |
Mile different | The mileage discrepancy between the last dispatch location and the last GPS location. |
