Here select the pickup date range for the loads this report should provide.

From/To delivery date

Here select the delivery date range for the loads this report should provide.

Truck

Here select if this report should be run for a specific truck.

Trailer

Here select if this report should be run for a specific trailer.

Groups

Here select if this report should be run for a custom group and only assets in that group will show.

Miles discrepancy threshold

Here select the mileage threshold this report should be run for. (Shows data over threshold)

Sort by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the information ordered on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the information grouped.

Description

Asset

This field will display the truck or trailer ID.

Driver

This field will display the driver ID.

Trip

This field will display the trip number.

Created by

This field will display the user that created the trip.

Location

This field will display the current location ID, city, state, and time of the first check call.

Previous trip

This field will display the previous trip number.

Previous location

This field will display the previous location ID, city, state, and time of the last stop's check call in.

Discrepancy miles

This field will display the mile discrepancy from the previous trip to the pick-up on the next trip.
