Detention Board
To access the tab: Rate & Pay-> Detention Board
The Ditat Detention board is intended to allow the User to see detentions that have been created or are about to be created by the detention module. The board gives the ability to customize data to each viewer's specifications through filters and groups.

Field | Description |
 | This button will allow you to exit the dispatch board. You can also utilize the 'X' on the Detention board tab. |
 | Use this button to refresh the data on this screen. |
 | This option can be used to hide you filter once set for better visibility of your screen. Toggle the filters open and closed as needed with this button. |
 | This button can be used to export the Detention board data to a CSV excel file. |
 | This button will bring you back to the help guide. |
Filters
Info
If there is no Processed by/Booked by/Dispatched by user on the detention, then it will display on the search to ensure the detention is not missed.
Field | Description |
From/To date | Use this filter to display detentions by a specified Created on date. |
Status | This filter can be used to display detentions by a specific status. Select ‘All’ to see detentions regardless of status. |
Truck side/Brokerage | Here select 'All' to see detentions for both Brokerage and Truck side loads. Select Brokerage or Truck side to further filter this board. |
Processed by | This filter can be used to display detentions processed by a certain user. |
Reference Id | Use this filter to look up detentions by one of the five reference fields on the associated shipment. |
Booked by | This filter can be used to display detentions booked by a certain user. |
Equipment | Use this filter to look up detent by the assigned equipment type. |
Dispatched by | This filter can be used to display detentions dispatched by a certain user. |
Groups | The groups filters will allow the board to filter by a pickup or delivery zone or by the Customer, Driver, and Truck custom groups. |
Applying Detentions
On the left of the Detention, select the empty box of each Detention that should be applied. Once all are selected, press the ‘Apply selected’ button to apply the charges to the shipment.

Select all | Use this button to select all detentions. |
Clear all detentions | Use this button to clear all select detentions. |
Apply selected | This button will apply selected detention charges to the corresponding shipment. |
Column selector  | This icon will allow you to select which columns should display. This will also show a count of detentions in the current search. |
Column Selector
Columns can be rearranged, hidden, and each user can have their board set up differently. Press Refresh to save your settings.
