Use this screen to track current fuel prices by region. Fuel price records with start and end dates are used to calculate fuel surcharges on the Fuel Surcharge screen.

Note: Contact Ditat Support to enable automatic weekly fuel price updates from the EIA (Energy Information Administration) website.

Fuel Price Import Schedule

When auto-updates are enabled, fuel prices are imported from the EIA site on the following schedule (all times in CST):

• Tuesday at 11:00 AM

• Tuesday/Wednesday at 6:30 PM

• Wednesday/Thursday at 5:00 AM
