Maintain fuel provider price list
To access tab: Rate & Pay -> Fuel Surcharge Tables

This screen can be used to import/store your daily fuel prices. This table will be used for Fuel Optimization when available. If no table is available, then retail prices will be used.

Field | Description |
Price List Id | Id is generated by the system for this Price list. |
Description | You can enter a description here for this Price list. |
Provider | Select the fuel provider for this list |
Price active date | Enter the date for these fuel prices. The prices will only be used on the date select. Prices should be updated daily. |
Add | Use the Add button to add lines to the table. |
Delete selected | Use the check boxes below to select lines to be deleted. |
Import | Use the import button to import fuel prices from a csv file. |
Vendor fuel store Id | Fuel store Id that is sent from your fuel provider. |
Fuel store Id | Fuel Store Id that Ditat has for that location from normal fuel prices. If importing a csv fuel price file, Ditat will auto fill this section. |
Price per gallon | Your price per gallon for fuel. |
Fuel can be imported from a CSV file.
The column names for the file need to be: Vendor fuel store Id, Price per gallon.
