Use this tool to create and maintain a directory of claim types that can be selected when logging claims in the system.
Claim Types setup screen
Field | Description |
Claim type | Can be up to 25 characters and must be unique within the system. If you enter an ID that already exists, you will be prompted to change it before saving. |
Category | Select the category for this claim type. |
Description | Enter a description for this claim type. |
