Fuel Optimization profiles

Fuel Optimization will look at the load a driver is on and determine where the best options to fuel would be for this truck based on current fuel levels, prices, IFTA, and your fuel Discounts.

Field | Description |
Optimization enabled | Check the box to enable Optimization. For more information and pricing on the Fuel Optimization module please email sales@ditat.com. |
Description | Here enter a description for this account. |
Company country | Select which Country this company resides in. If USA is selected, IFTA will be used in Optimization. |
Trucks limit | Enter the number of trucks to do Fuel Optimization for. This will default to 10 initially; higher tiers will be available in the future. |
Fuel type | Select the fuel type to use for Optimization here. This should default to Diesel. |
Default average MPG | Enter the Average MPG to use for calculations. The system will use the MPG on the Truck's profile if one is entered. |
Default remaining fuel amount | Enter a default remaining fuel amount here, this will be used for calculations if there is not a current fuel level provided from an ELD provider. |
Default tank capacity | Enter the Average tank capacity to use for calculations. The system will use the MPG on the Truck's profile if one is entered. |
Emergency fuel amount | Enter the Emergency fuel amount here. This would be the lowest level you would want to get before refueling. |
Max allowed driving distance | Enter the maximum distance a driver should go between fueling. |
Min refuel amount | Enter the minimum amount of fuel that should be purchased in a fueling |
Search radius | Enter how far out of route a driver should go for fueling. |
Fuel Providers | Fuel Providers to use in the Fuel Optimization calculations. |
Trucks
Field | Description |
Trucks | Trucks to optimize fuel. |
Notify driver | If this box is checked, Fuel Optimization will be sent to the driver on their mobile dispatch app. This feature is disabled to start, it will be available in the near future. |
