Driver Mileage Summary
This report will show each driver and the miles they have driven for the date range selected as well as how many accidents they have had during that time frame.
Miles on this report are determined off of delivery dates. So if a load delivered during the date range selected the miles will show regardless of the dates the miles would have happened.
Field | Description |
Driver | If a driver is selected, you will only see data for that driver. |
Carrier | If a carrier is selected, you will only see data for that carrier. |
Groups | On the right, you can choose to run this report by any of the custom groups you have set up. |
From/To date | Here enter a delivery date range to run the report. |
From/To hire date | Here enter a date range to filter data that shows based on their hired date. |
Company | If a company is selected, you will only see miles done for that company. |
Driver status | Here select a driver status to only see data for drivers with that status. |
Accident type | Here select an accident type to only see data for loads with that accident type. |
Include paid | Check this box to include data that have been paid. |
Include main driver | Check this box to include data with a main driver. |
Include second seat | Check this box to include data with a secondary driver. |
Include trainer | Check this box to include data with a trainer. |
Include trainee | Check this box to include data with a trainee. |
Include solo | Check this box to include data with a solo driver. |
Order by | Select from the drop-down how you would like the data ordered on the report. |
View | Select View 1 or View 2. |

View 1 and View 2 - View 1 will show all mileage information and also total accidents, hire date, length of employment, and accident related costs associated with the driver. View 2 will show only loaded, empty and total miles with averages.
Field | Description |
Driver | This field will provide the driver Id. |
Name | This field will provide the driver name. |
Loaded | This field will show the loaded miles. |
Empty | This field will show the empty miles. |
Total | This field will show the total miles. |
Accidents | This field will show the number of accidents for the driver in the provided date range. |
Hire date | This field will show the driver's hire date. |
Years | This field will show how long the driver has been with your company. |
Rate | This field will show the total monetary amount of claims listed if there is a claim associated with the driver's accident. |
