Driver Mileage Summary

This report displays a summary of miles driven per driver within a selected date range, alongside accident history and related costs.

Note: Mileage is calculated based on delivery dates. If a load delivered within the selected range, all associated miles are included regardless of when the driving occurred.

Report Parameters

Field	Description
Driver	Filter to show data for a specific driver.
Carrier	Filter to show data for a specific carrier.
Groups	Filter the report using your organization's custom groups.
From/To date	Enter a delivery date range to run the report.
From/To hire date	Filter results based on the driver's hire date.
Company	Filter to show miles recorded for a specific company.
Driver status	Filter by current driver status (e.g., Active, Inactive).
Accident type	Filter results to show only data associated with specific accident types.
Include paid	Check this box to include data that have been paid.
Include main driver	Check this box to include data with a main driver.
Include second seat	Check this box to include data with a secondary driver.
Include trainer	Check this box to include data with a trainer.
Include trainee	Check this box to include data with a trainee.
Include solo	Check this box to include data with a solo driver.
Order by	Select from the drop-down how you would like the data ordered on the report.
View	Select View 1 or View 2.

View 1 and View 2 - View 1 will show all mileage information and also total accidents, hire date, length of employment, and accident related costs associated with the driver. View 2 will show only loaded, empty and total miles with averages.

Report Columns

Field	Description
Driver	The unique identification ID for the driver.
Name	The full name of the driver.
Loaded	The total loaded miles recorded.
Empty	The total empty miles recorded.
Total	The sum of loaded and empty miles.
Accidents	The number of accidents recorded for the driver during the date range.
Hire date	The driver's official hire date.
Years	The driver's total length of employment with the company.
Rate	The total monetary value of claims associated with the driver's accidents.
