Description

From/To pick up date

Select a pickup date range for loads to view.

From city

Select specific from city and only loads with those pickup cities will show.

To city

Select specific to city and only loads with those delivery cities will show.

From state

Select a specific pickup state and only loads with that pickup state will show.

To state

Select a specific delivery state and only loads with that delivery state will show.

From zone

Select a specific pickup zone and only loads with that pickup zone will show.

To zone

Select a specific delivery zone and only loads with that delivery zone will show.

Company

Select a specific company to run this report for.

Appointment set

Select an appointment status to run this report for.

Booked by

Select a Booked by User to run this report for.

Booked for

Here you can select loads booked for specifically company assets, brokerage, or all.

Order by

Select from the drop-down how you would like the loads ordered on the report.

Group by

Select from the drop-down if/how you would like the loads grouped.

View

Select which view you would like to use.

Field

Description

Shipment/Trip

This field will provide the shipment or trip number.

Pickup address

This field will show the pickup city and state.

Pickup appointment

This field will show the pickup appointment and time for the load.

Drop trailer

This field will say "Yes" if the pickup location is a drop and hook location, "No" if not.

Delivery address

This field will show the delivery city and state.

Delivery appointment

This field will show the delivery appointment and time for the load.

Drop trailer

This field will say "Yes" if the delivery location is a drop and hook location, "No" if not.

Miles

This field will show the shipment miles for the load.

Weight

This field will show the weight specified on the shipment.

Goods

This field will show the goods assigned for this load.

Trailer type required

This field will show the trailer type that is assigned to the shipment.

Team

This field will show if the load requires a team.

Reefer (Temp/Mode)

This field will show the reefer temp and mode set on the shipment.

Hazmat

This field will show if this load is a hazmat load.
